Alpha Dog Nutrition UK was born in 2014 to promote sports supplements and clothing. Daniel Valluzzi, founder and owner of ADNUTUK is a fanatical bodybuilding fan spaning for 11 years. 

 

After trying and testing different approaches to training including the scientific Ben Pakulski approach through the the Branch Warren insanity filled workouts, it became apparent to me that with a combiantion of the 2, a large appetite for food and the correct supplementation, anything was possible.

 

Enter Rich Piana. I came across Rich about 4 years ago when he was finishing his competitive bodybuilding career and I knew this guy was a monster. What intrigued me about Rich was his intelligence and power of mind aswell as a damn near perfect physique. I have followed Rich since then and I have watched him progress from a Mutant athlete through to an entreupeneurial business man. 

 

I also am a huge fan of the likes of Ben Pakulski, Flex Lewis, Phil Heath to mention a few. What puts Rich in a league of his own is his truth and honesty about all aspects of his life. He does admit that he will eat a full Ben and Jerry's ice cream every night, he does admit even down to the dosage of what anabolics and diurectics he has used and currently uses.
